I AM ALSO MASTER BUT JO SACH HAI SACH HI RAHU GA...MASTER CADRE JO MARJI KAH LAI...............90% MASTER CADRE DAI BACHHE BHI B-TECH COMPUTER KAR RAHE HAI.JOBS KITHAI HOAR TA MILNI NAHI..... SARAIN JADA TAR CF HI LANGAN GAYE.... MASTER CADRE CF DA FUTURE KARAB NAHI KAR RAHE....OHH APPNE BACHAIN DA FUTURE KARAB KAR RAHE HAI

No One is Head in the schools where permanent Post of Head is lying Vacant. The Powers of Head are Given to Permanent Head/ principal to Nearby School. He Can make Incharge  to a Regular Senior Teacher of the school , if Senior is unable to perform Duty {any Reason} then for the functioning of the school he/she can Make incharge any other teacher (In absence of Regular teacher)

Bilkul theek but dont you think your statements are contradictory. You claiming that you are a Master and here saying Punjab Govt. rules apply on us. here us is CF. You should write  PUNJAB GOVT, RULES APPLY ON CF not US. Otherwise this makes you CF not Master.
