        I want to bring to your kind notice, Our education Departments's Injustice to the Math/Science General Category Masters/Mistresses those who have applied for the promotion as a math Lecturer.
  On 2nd November 2015, They demanded promotion cases as  a math lecturers up-to Seniority no. 1250 from Both Math/Science General category Teachers. Only 37 of general Category teachers applied for Promotion. In January, 2016, They extended the seniority no to 1450 for general category Teachers. In May 2016, they again demanded, promotion cases from male/female Sc Teachers for math Lecturer up-to date.
 But What happened when promotion lists as a Math Lecturer released.........
General Category Promotions.....09.....14.52%
SC Category Promotions...........48.....77.42%
Ortho Promotions...................05.....8.06%
Total Promotions....................62.....100%
MY question is, If they did not want to promote General Category Teachers, Why they had asked promotion Cases upto 1250.
What was the fun in extending Seniority no from 1250 to 1450.
General Category Teachers of 1997 have denied promotion, Whereas SC teachers of 2011 have been promoted as a Math Lecturers.
I have no problem with the promotion of SC Teachers even up-to date. But Even if they have promoted those much senior 37 teachers of 1997 along with these 48 SC Teachers, These much senior Math/Science teachers should have been avoided the unbearable stress & trauma they have been suffering From.
This is only a Vote Bank Politics & Everyone should raise his/her voice against this Corrupt inhuman system.
It is possible that next time you are a SHIKAR of this dirty Politics.
