6 Months' arrears of DA from Jan to June 2013

Govt has announced 8% DA but it is silent about arrears of Jan to June 2013.
It is injustice and going back of assurance given by the Govt.
Govt should pay arrears and declare 10 % DA from July 2013 when all other states have already announced
