at least get it made optional..

bhai eh school nahi CMC OR DMC vang research centre ban gaye han,jekar student class nahi parah ga tan oh extra clas vich parahga,jekar sarkar nu jiada hi sionk hai tan bahut sare B.Ed.teacher vehle han uhna kolon raj ke extra classes lagvan

its basically a good step..

..but d objection is  on making it mandatory..
it should be voluntary....
sarkaari schemes bs ena small small non planned steps kaaran he fail hundian ne...
jehde teachers nu sham nu ikkallian ghar pahunchan da.. ya apni safety da...ya ghar dian majboorian da he dhian rahega,,oh ki parrhayega??
ohne inna paisian nu chattana??
jis ne apne kids nu school to pick krna ..ya parents di care krni...ya apni wife nu pick krna...ya shared van wich jana..ya simply chahunda he nae extra kamm krna..sehat ee nae allow krdi...oh ki karn??

There are practical problems in remedial coaching..Becareful concerned officers..
Reconsider the decision..

solution is soooo simple....

make this voluntary..
applicable for any subject...
lift the 10% condition..
(je 10% to wadh nu lorh hai ta ki oh na parhan?)
give head d power to hire pvt teachers for this..
unemployed youth  will give asees to govt....
...
in its present form, this scheme is bound to fail..
unwilling employees NEVER give results..
unemloyed youth nu kamm v mil jaega...
te govt da v masla hal ho ju..
te ssade varge oldies nu v raahat mil ju..
