i will like to divert attention of all teachers who applied for transfers. in transfer policy it was not mentioned 50% or less staff condition. only in instructions for filling online transfer application it was mentioned in 13 line. so to make teachers culprit for applying online is totally absurd..!!!there are teachers like me who are posted in village schools for more 10 years or more and they want to go back near there homes.and education dept this time created 50% condition and that too in the very last moment and also not properly mentioning in tansfer policy!!! so who is the real culprit do reply...
