See there How to Check PRAN Transaction & Contribution in Your Account


Steps to check your PRAN account status:
1) Login at http://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/ with your PRAN no. as user id and i-pin as password.
2) You will get welcome screen on sucessful login. Options before you are Security, Account Details, Grievance, Views and User maintenance.
3) Click on Account details to check your personal details, Statement of holding, Statement of Transaction and T2 account.
4) You can check your name, address and other details by clicking on personal details.
5) To check your account balance, click on Statement of Transaction and select year/Quarter etc.
6) If no record found of your details, then click on Grievance and Log Girevance request.
7) Select Grievance Type as Grievance againt PAO
8) Select Grievance sub type as contribution not reflected in account.
9) After submission, you will be issued a token number.
10) You will see your contribution details when ur grievance gets resolved. usually in 1-2 days.

mere account de ststus vich likhya aunda hai k no detail of tier one......plz explain in detail step by step how we can check our pran account status.....

sir ji asi check kita hai khul ta janda apni detail vi aa jandi hai par tranjection vich no record found aunda hai naletier 1 2  aunda hai ehna bare dasea jave g vaise asi sms alert te tick laya c ki sanu har month cpf jama hon te sms ni auna chahida je tranjection te no record found aa reha hai  ta har mahine paisa ja kithe reha

@rathore sir g fir meri april to lai k hun tak di deduction kidher ja rehi hai.....mainu kive pta lagega k eh deduction mere account ch hi ja rehi hai.....

sir, if someone forget his password then what will he do? how he can apply for new password? Also how we can change the mobile number stored in their records? plz tell Because i forgot my password due to some technical fault.

You can reset your password online by selecting secret question and answer at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/forgotPassword.do

But if u do not remeber answer to your secret question. Then you need to submit the Subscriber details Change Request Form (S2 Form) to your respective PAO (Pay and Account Office) through DDO.

You need to fill up ' '  '"Section C' '  ' of S2 form for reissue of I-PIN. A new I-PIN will be sent at your home address.
If you want to change your mobile no/address, then you have to fill 'Section A' of same form.

We can also know our contribution till date by calling the toll free number 1800 222 080 and registering our complaint. But we will need T-PIN to authenticate ourself.

Mr. bal i have no record of cpf amount from dec 2006 to march 2011.what happens to that amount which have been deducted under cpf account.record of afterwards amount is ok under PRAN account ? any inf regarding that
