A flydubai Boeing 737-800 passenger jet has crashed in the Russian city of Rostov-on-Don, on March 19, 2016. According to the latest reports, all 55 passengers and the seven crew members on board have died. Coming from Dubai, the flight FZ981 was scheduled to land at 1:20 a.m. Moscow time but missed the runway. After circling for about two hours, it went down at 3:50 a.m. local time after making a second attempt. While the exact cause of the accident is yet to be confirmed, poor visibility and high winds are believed to be the main factors. At the time of the crash, winds were blowing at 60 mph (97 kmph).
