sir article 335 doesnt state wherein any relaxation should be provided at the behest of cast, the dirty nexus of politics and judiciary has created such an unhelthy interpretation and implementation that most of the time deserving doesnt get the benifit and general category suffers. in case of neelam sahin the judge was himself an sc, though the case was in favour of gen cat, but then mps from sc and bc category got togehter and called that decision wrong . since 2001 the voices against it r being raised but cudnt become powerful. even media is keeping a silent stance, now the question is who will bell da cat, i wrote to chief justice pun and haryana ,they have invited me for further action but even they fear that our stand will fall flat
