Shutdown All Computer On Network

If you are in network of computers & want to shutdown the other pc's on network, from your machine then here is what you need to do:

1. Press WinKey+R & type "cmd" (Without Quotes). or Simply open command prompt.

2. Now type "Net View" (Without Quotes), this will give you all the names for all the computers on the network.

3. Then you need to find a target & write it down, i.e. note-down the name of computer u want to shutdown. For example a name is //045-ictclient014 then you will utilize that name to shutdown the computer.

4. Now type "shutdown -i" on Command Prompt. It will give you a GUI interface and you'll be able to shutdown whichever computer you want by using it. You can set a time, even throw in a funny comment.

Moreover, in case you want to do all this (Step 4th) using command interface. Here is the procedure:

> Type shutdown -m //computername (It will shutdown the pc).

> Type shutdown -m -c "YourComment" (It will shutdown with a comment).

> Type shutdown -l (Logoff the user).

> Type shutdown -r (Restart the computer).

& so on...

Try & Enjoy !!
