How To Change Explorer Background?
Change the boring white background of the folders into attractive background like any photo.
To do this, follow these steps:
1. Open Notepad (Press WinKey+R & type "notepad" without quotes).
2. Copy the following text & paste in Notepad:
iconarea_image="Complete Picture Location"
3. Save is as desktop.ini in the folder whose backgroud you want to change.
4. Run the following command in the Run box (Press WinKey+R) & type:
attrib +s "Complete Path of Your Folder"
attrib +s "E:\My Folder"
It will change the background of the folder "My Folder".
> In the step no. 2, to the value iconarea_image, give full path & extension of image which you are going to use as background. For example: iconarea_image="I:\My Desktop Wallpapers\girl.jpg"
> In the step no. 2, the value iconarea_text is being used to change the font color of texts of folder & files. You can change it to according to your choice.
> It would be good to keep the file desktop.ini hidden. So right click on it, go to properties and change its atribute to hidden. Thats it.
