Who is responsible for destroying my school ?

Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal , who is responsible for destroying my school ?

Walk Honorable Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal ,
Hope you fine hovege . News indicates that you ਸਨਾਵਰ Lawrence School has offered a crore , where you can read . Everyone loves their school . So you really had to be done .
I have affection for your school , but my school as your school " popular or " not prestigious . Which I have read in school , when we were established by the British rulers and neither contains a half - century - old history .
My school is being run by the government is one of some 18 thousand schools . It was established by them , who felt that knowledge provides the basis for freedom . They understand that the poor in independent India garibatama reserves the right , but regrets that he was not a dream , it has been stuck in a blind alley .
Sir , in my school that do not have such a beautiful face , like the ones in your school . Recently, in my school uniform was adopted . Students still bowed English . My school were to be read not as famous persons . In the past two decades , one of my school did not do so , which is not known how .
Teachers say that students nowadays are hardworking , but doctors , engineers do not have enough talent to be . Most public schools in poverty , children of farm workers and Dalits are reading . Things decade and a half ago , when I was reading , have been even worse than that .
In my school now, not a bench to sit for the eighth class students . The ability to sit on the benches can go to the 9th . Our time was the eighth this functionality , the following classes for students sitting their tapara bring your own . Their completion of the I could only BA . It is not that I was better than them . School teacher 's Medium was easy for a small child .
What you have done for our school ਠਹਿਰਾਉਦਿਆ is the duty of the heads of governments ? We give grants to schools and hospitals .
My school also requires an older student , who could help him . But where this accomplished ? Also , teach your child in a school is ready ? In your public schools are ready to send your child to read ? When the time passed , the teacher apane children wore teaching in public schools .
Mr. Badal live , Who is responsible for the necessity of shedding . You own ? Your father Parkash Singh Badal ? Amarinder Singh ? Sir , to destroy my school who is guilty ?
We know the answer to this question . One or two governments , whichever government is not guilty , he was betrayed by students in the villages of Punjab .
Sir , my school also needs your attention . This question is what is the duty of protecting it . However , the duty you have paid , and me and my jamatiam Estates era and bring the memory of those samaratam , the court khusamadiam , artists and writers , and the blessings of jagiram , while their subjects ਫਾਕੇ ਕੱਟਦੀ . Your fill of the rich schools that are currently offering one crore . When your state 's schools are taking the last breath .

6 Oct 2012Hindustan Times (Chandigarh)Vishav Bharti, a rural school passout, now senior reporter, HT
Who ruined my school, Mr Sukhbir Badal?
Who will take care of my humble alma mater, a rural school passout asks Punjab deputy CM

Dear Mr Sukhbir Badal,

Government after government has betrayed rural students.
Hope this letter finds you well.
From media reports, I have come to know that you have "donated Rs 1 crore to your alma mater, The Lawrence School, Sanawar, from public money.
Everybody has love for his school. So, it was an obvious gesture on your part of ‹“giving back.
I, too, have love for my school. But unlike yours, mine is not "famous or "prestigious . My alma mater was neither established by colonial masters nor does it have a one-and-a-half-century-long tale to tell.
My school is one of the 18,000-odd schools being run by the government, of which you are the deputy chief minister.
It was built by those who believed "knowledge is freedom and dreamt that even the poorest of the poor in independent India had the right to that freedom. Sadly, the dream has been shattered, the vision seems to have become tunnel vision.
Sir, my school doesnt have pretty faces as yours has. The idea of uniform arrived in my school recently. The students still shy away from the colonial language. Unlike yours, my school doesnt have any names to boast of. Not even a single noteworthy student in the past two decades has come out of my humble institution.
Present-day teachers say that there are hardworking students, but not "intelligent enough to become engineers or doctors. Most of them who study in the school run by your government, Mr Badal, are the poorest of the poor, children of Dalits, rural labourers and landless peasants. The situation seems to have turned worse than it was one-and-a-half-decade ago, when I was a student.
A fresh query reveals that students up to Class 8 in my school dont have benches to sit. The luxury of benches comes only when they enter Class 9. In our time, we enjoyed this luxury in Class 8. Till then, students used to be responsible for managing their own seats, which were often discarded white pesticide bags.
From my batch, I was the only one to reach the graduation level. No, I was not better than the others in any way. It was easy for a mediocre child of a schoolteacher to attain that level.
However, when you were questioned about the gesture, you counter-questioned, "What is the duty of heads of governments? We give grants to schools, hospitals.
My school also needs an alumnus who could "care for it. But from where would it get one? Is anybody even ready to send their children to those schools? Are you ready, Mr Badal, to send your own children to schools which your government owns. Those times, too, have long passed when teachers would admit their children in the schools where they taught.
Who is responsible for this mess, Mr Badal? You? Your father, Parkash Singh Badal, or Capt Amarinder Singh? Who is guilty of ruining my school, Mr Badal?
We know the answer! It is not one or two governments. Government after government has betrayed the rural students of Punjab.
Sir, my school also begs for your attention. It asks, whose ‹“duty is it to save it.

However, this "duty which you recently fulfilled reminds me and my classmates of the feudal age and the emperors who would shower jagirs on sycophants, darbari artistes and writers of the palace, while their own praja (public) starved. Your Rs 1-crore "duty towards your superrich school comes at a time when your own schools are dying, Mr Badal.

letter by a govt school passout teacher-rupees one crore donation is a very ordinary thing. why some people r making so much some extent teachers r sending enough fund.i dont think but know that if utilise in right sense every school will have all basic things..second is education some teachers in primary r poorly qualified they cant teach to 4th and 5th,govt should start a per year test.without passing it no increment should be started.third and importent is shortage of teacher, this should be main concern, but quality teachers..

I do agree with Mr Vatinder where he said that some teachers are not able to teach even 4th and 5th class, I wanted know from all of you who is responsible for this, who selected those teachers in edn dept. Only these governments . These govts had not any criteria for selection earlier but now TET started it will bring some change in near future in govt schools but who will be responsible for ZP schools again. So one criteria should be there for selection and promotion also . A promotion should also will not be only on seniority , a test for that should also be there. Thanks

Should the staff having very low strength be adjusted to high strength school?
