I talked to the Principal of DIET about this problem but he said that they are not worried about the school or the students. It simply shows how insensitive the authorities are about the study of the students. No planning is seen while the teachers are called to attend the seminars.

Seminars always meant for professional as well as academic development of teacher, so they should be there. Participant should contribute rather than becoming passive listener. Teacher should inculcate new methodologies in their classes after attending the seminars. But require planning on the part of administrator(DGSE)

seminars are affecting the study of students adversely. The most affected is 9th&10th class.seminars are useless because no proper modules are given.it is the wastage of time and money. four or five teachers of a school are on seminar. No one bothers about the loss of students.Resource person are not equipped with material they are just killing time.

I think seminars are very beneficial, but if duration is of less days, , and if seminars are conducted during vacations , , like winter or summer vacations...

and best alternate solution for this is "two or three days Conference or Workshop" with busy schedules...

Principal kise school da dil atte dimaag hunda hai, kahavat hai 'yatha raja tatha prajaa', Principal ne school da nikke to nikka te vadde to vadda masla hall karna hunda hai, so har ik Principal nu ghat to ghat ik mahine di training jaroor ditti jani chahidi hai jis vich record maintaining, staff naal coordination, students de academic standard nu check karn, discipline, education code aadi bare training ditti jaani chahidi hai, eh masla unions nu sarkaar agge uthaana chahida hai. school de maarhe standard lai Principal di jimmevaari fix kiti jaani chahidi hai. Ik trained principal school lai jiada faydemand hovega.
