Retirement Procedure

According to the satatement of CM that retirement months will only be of March and September, retirement criteria has modified yet or not ? Is there any notification issued or not in this regard ?

Pls provide information if anyone have.

I am a maths master going to retire in november.

Tell me what's the procedure for this
i.e. when should i prepare file
What documents are required
Whether Noc from anybody
My gpf and other savings

Please Jack tell me about this in detail (A to Z)

1.you can send your pension case to AG punjab before six month of your retirerment.
2.you can withdraw 90% of GPF before 12 months of your retirerment.aprovel of DPI is needed
3.you can get complete pension file form, from bookseller.fill them send to AG punjab with service book
4.your service book should be uptodate and completed. leave entery should be completed
5.please check out your case from some senior clerk in your area




A: Check List for Pension Cases


1.Form 3 showing details of Family.
2.Form 5 Application for pension.
3.Form 7 Form for assessing Pension/Family Pension and Gratuity.
4.Form IA application for commutation of Pension.
5.Pension Calculation Sheet.
6.Two-specimen signatures duly attested by a Gazetted Govt. Servant or Two slips each bearing the left hand thumb and finger impressions duly attested in case the person is not literate to sign his name.
7.Permanent Residential Address.
8.Three copies of passport size joint photograph with wife or husband duly attested by the Head of the Office.
9.Nomination for DCRG/CGEGIS.
10.Two slips showing the particulars of height and personal identification marks duly attested by a Gazetted Govt. Servant.
11.Last Pay Certificate.
12.Service Book duly completed as on date of submission.
13.Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
14.All relevant documents countersigned by the '  "Head of the Office'   in token of acceptance of the statement/ documents etc. are to be forwarded to the Communication Accounts Officer (Pension) along with a letter in Form 8.

Mr. Softy may be QWERTY will answer your queries but Mr. Jack know nothing about your query because he has no knowledge of Rules regarding retirement. He is new to department and have even have very less teaching experience. Already Mr. Sidhu answer your question thats good
