refraining women govt employees from election duties?

well i have read the news that some unions r demanding that women govt employees should b refrained from giving election duties.. well my wife is  teacher too . but i dont think that it is a worth excuse for employees refraining them from election duties...  auratein to ajkal  mardo se kandhe se kandha mila k kam karti hain... then y this excuse? wat say?

Night stay for women teachers is not essential , they can reach in early morning.. In SGPC election mostly women employe reach in morning...
I dnt think this should be the excuse.. But certain cases should be considered i.e handicapped or duty should not be so far ,or smone really Medically not fit or those who have child of age < 0ne year..etc

Salary Brabar taan kam v brabar karna chahida hai. Hun taan Merit v saanjhi ho gayi hai. Udon ki hoyega jad 90 % teaching jobs Ladies kol hongiyan. Ih sab bahane han. Inna zarror chahida hai ki Husband wife jaker dono emplyee han taan dona chon ik di duty lage.

Lady Teachers hi zyada tarlomachi hundiyan han baki depatment for eg. Banks, Insurance sector te doosre offices diyan ladies v duty dindiyan han. Ih democratic procedure hai isdi duty ton ghabrana theek nahi.

i think today's circumstances not allow woman to even stay alone at daytime anywhere then how can they stay at night in school where there is no protection also very much chances of conflicts..and woman is always first victim of any fight or any bad situation

well i got  a very positive response from my colleagues . i was reluctant to start this topic cause i thought most of teachers would disagree  but i m surprised to see most of  us agree. gud.. jamana bilkul badalan deya hai.... and it should change.. well i m luking for an answer from a lady employee is there no female member in real info?
