In recent released Tentative Lecturer seniority list, Lecturer appointed in 2006 given seniority number first according to their date of appointment than with their date of joining.
Its seen that date of appointment in 2006 lecturer case was 1st Dec 2006, 4th Dec 2006, 5th Dec 2006, 6th Dec 2006, ..... and 16th Dec 2006 etc. Lecturer having their appointment date 1st dec 2006 were senior than others having later date of appointment (although they have joined earlier). Lecturer having different date of appointment than 1st Dec 2006 do not have any reason to get their appointment letter typed later. It was department decision that which subjects to be typed/signed first and others later.
Or all lecturers who have joined in same advertisement should be given seniority number according to their date of joining as lecturer. Please give suggestion or comments that it is right or wrong.
