(1)........IF THE DUE DATE OF DELIVERY ACCORDING TO DOCTOR 's REPORT IS 30/03/2012,THEN HOW LONG PERIOD BEFORE THE DUE DATE SHE CAN TAKE THE MATERNITY LEAVE
(2)........IF THE ABOVE GOVT. EMPLOYE IS A PERMANENT HEADMASTER THEN SHOULD SHE SHIFT HER DDO POWERS TO NEXT SENIOR EMLOYE OR SHOULD SHE KEEP IT WITH HER IF THE POWERS SHOULD BE SHIFTED THEN WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE

leave can be taken any no of days before the due date. it depends upto the needs of the lady. but the total leave will be of 180 days only.
2nd if she is HM than it depends upon  the DEO that he shifts the DDO powers or not. it can be done at DEO level. nothing is difficult in it

you have to give written request to concerned deo while requesting that to keep the official work going on there is required to shift ddo powers to next one. and u can also take another plea that delivery has to be taken at parental home. so will be away from present address for next few months. even it will be difficult to withdraw salaies of employees
