Stating this here, Anil Joshi, Technical Education Minister said that the state government has taken this decision to facilitate the thousands of students from the rural belts of Punjab in order to ensure their admissions in Polytechnic Colleges under Fee Waiver Scheme. He also informed that keeping this in view the Punjab Government has also extended the date of submission of applications in Polytechnic Colleges from June 15 to June 25, so that the rural students can drive the utmost benefit from this scheme.
