please help, if anyone know how to open vpn.punjabgovt.gov.in , because when i try to open it my browser blocked the site.

When this webpage is blocked due to security certificate, a warning page is displayed where you have to click on "Continue to the website (Not recomended)". Then it will open the login page of website.

It can be opened only in internet explorer, not on google chrome/mozila/opera. Further it will say to continue on insecured site. click here & go further, but dear it takes too much time. Keep patience. This website can be opened easily in early morning or late night. I had such an experience
