@Karan:You can reset your password online by selecting secret question and answer at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA/forgotPassword.doBut if u do not remeber answer to your secret question. Then you need to submit the Subscriber details Change Request Form (S2 Form) to your respective PAO (Pay and Account Office) through DDO. You need to fill up 'Â ' '"Section C'Â ' ' of S2 form for reissue of I-PIN. A new I-PIN will be sent at your home address.If you want to change your mobile no/address, then you have to fill 'Section A' of same form.S2 form is available at https://npscra.nsdl.co.in/download/government-sector/central-government/forms/S2_Subscriber-detail-change-request-form.pdf
