PB. GOVT EMPLOYEES SPECIAL GRADE PAY (150) CLARIFICATION ???

Dear Friends,

Few days back I read a letter from this website (Also attached with this message) about the SPECIAL GRADE PAY TO certain categories of employees of Punjab Govt. I have below given quries in my mind.  I will be very thankfull if some one will clarify about this :

1  Will this GRADE PAY (150) be added to Total basic pay (Pay in PayBand + Grade Pay + Special Grade Pay).  Will this Total Basic Pay will be used to calculate DA,HRA, CCA,RRA etc.  I mean DA/HRA/CCA/RRA etc will be calculated after adding this 150 to basic pay.

2. Will this GRADE PAY be applicable to Master Cadre/ETT CADRE/ C.V CADRE/NURSES etc Who's Grade Pay is already revised. (eg. Master Cadre Grade Pay revised from 3600 to 4600)

Please Clarify this.

Spl grade pay da Column alag bnega, hra, da, rra etc (basic + Sp  gr)
  Te calculate hovegi, pr employee de grade pay ohi rhegi (eg 4200 for ETT )

Eh grade pay ETT te master cadre nu nhi milegi, kyoki asi convertion table to vadh pay le rhe ha.

Thanks for your quick reply. It means I got the right message from letter that allowances will be calculated after adding this Sp. Grade Pay to Total Basic Pay. But At the same time this Special GP will not be used to jump from one Group of GP to Other Group of GP.  (eg. for mobile Allowance, GIS deduction etc.)

Sir ji, 150 Special Grade Pay Masters, Lecturers, Headmaster, Peon nu Milni hai, because their Pay Scales are not Revised. for example Mater cadre Pay Scale (10300-34800) is not Revised Only Grade pay is Revised. 150 Grade pay ETT & CLERKS Nu Nahi Milni Because Their Pay Scale of (5910-20200) is Revised to (10300-34800). So jis Category de Pay Scale Revise Nahi Hoi Us nu Eh Milni Hai.
Masters=13450+5000+150=18600, Now Calculate DA, HRA RAA on it.

we made bills according 13450+5000+150=18600 for December 2011 & got the Cheque from Treasury .
