Many people drinks alcohol while some of them do it in wrong impression to society. They drink and lose control on themselves. Such sense less people even start arguing in bar with next table people and create issues for all people present there.  They start interacting with people they met in their ways. They start arguing with nearby people, with neighbors and most importantly with their Family members. These people are threat to civil society. When they were talking and arguing with other people they were acting as they were the most superior but actually they didn't realize that they were at last stage of stupidity.

So society and govt also needed to think about this issue. For that, there must some psychological centers which help these people, so they can realize issues they are suffering from. And these psychiatrist must some what in corelation of bars in cities.

Many of all traffic fatalities are alcohol-related. Alcohol is a high-risk factor in suicides, and alcohol abuse is closely associated with domestic violence and abuse. It is closely linked to poverty and neglect of children. Alcohol is implicated in high-risk sexual activity, especially among young people.

People who drink more than limit are dangerous in all possible ways. As with their shameless behavior they are abusing whole society and specially to those people who are occasional drinkers and those who drink in civilized ways.

Although most people abuse alcohol because it makes them feel better about themselves, the truth is that over-use of alcohol tends to negatively impact the abuserís personality. Increased irritability, poor judgment and reasoning are just a couple of ways that alcohol damages the human personality and relationships by extension.

One study suggested that abuse of alcohol is behind as much as 40 percent of instances of serious domestic violence. Alcoholism is attributable to verbal and physical abuse of the spouse and the children and carries a great responsibility for the break up of marriages. Children living in the home with an alcoholic have lower grades, higher rates of depression and frequently feel socially isolated.
