LEAVE LOR WOMEN (many kind )
there are differnt kind of leaves for women employee. Letter no of each kind of leave mentioned.

1. maternity leave.... 180 days upto 3 babies.
Letter no.2/3/90-3fpii/3120-17-8-1990.
... 2.mis carriage....45 days in whole service
2/3/94-3f.pii-7491dated 8nov. 1995,
3. Family planing......14days +1day special leave for loop.
4087a.s-1-67/32085 dated 7dec.1967.
4. Adoption leave....90days... If no any child.
14/22/98-6pp.3/4727 dated 27april 1988.
5.casual leave 20 in a year. Teacher can take 16 casual leave continous.
6.pregnent lady 12 week can join the service.. No need of unfit.
1/10/92-1pp.1/6847 dated 20may 92.
7.lady teacher can not called by any head before and after school time.. And holiday.
14/42/89-4g.e.19660 dated 31oct.89.
8. .Family planing.. 2 live child Age 20-45.
One increment and rebate 1/2 interest rate on housing loan. 10/88/90-3h.b.4/22402 dated 24 aug.2000.
9. Earned leave upto 450 ...
10 women can join again service after resigination till 10years.
Dated 11-6-98.
11. Seprate toilet for lady teachers...
12.one chance of change cadar no loss of seniority.
13. If sc lady weds with general then her sc category khatam ho javega.
14.women can do part time job after office time.
15. Ex-service widow have priority in station selection.

Ajkal te news channel wale vi kisi dusre channel di news den lagge courtesy tor te original channel da thanks karke usda logo display karde ya. Tusi te usdi email hi delete kar ditti. Je delete karni hi si te kam se kam topic modify hi kar lende.

As per Sr. No. 14 - women can do the part time jobs..

I would like to know that ---- Lady Teachers

1. Can they become an Insurance Agent?
2. Can they Do Tuition Work?
3. Can they do job in Coaching Centers?

As per the Sr. No. 7 -- Lady Teacher can not be called by any head before or after school hours or in holidays....

I want to know that --- In our area of Dhuri Distt. Sangrur. Our SDM called the school teachers (Both Ladies & Gents) after school hours and holidays for FLOOD DUTY.

In this case he is not authorized to call the ladies staff for the Flood Duty after school hours and holidays and Sundays as per the Sr. No. 7.

Govt. Introduces Sabbatical Leave to Women Employees In Banks (without pay)
Government of India has advised the Chief Executive Officers of all Public Sector Banks to introduce Sabbatical leave to the Women Employees of Public Sector Banks to meet their special problem during their career on the following broad terms:

(i) Sabbatical Leave of upto 2 years shall be admissible to women employees of Public Sector Banks during their entire career.
(ii) Sabbatical Leave shall be without Pay, Salary, Allowances and any consequential monetary and non-monetary benefits;
(iii) The employees applying for leave should have put in a minimum of 5 years of service. Sabbatical Leave before completion of 5 years of service shall be sanctioned only in exceptional circumstances by the authority next above the leave sanctioning authority.
(iv) The leave shall be taken for a period of atleast 3 months at a time and the leave shall not be taken more than once in a year.
(v) No increments will be earned during the Sabbatical Leave and the employee will rejoin at the same stage of pay as was existing at the time of her availing the Sabbatical Leave.
(vi) Employees on Sabbatical Leave shall not be eligible to participate in any promotion exercises during the Sabbatical Leave period, even if otherwise eligible.
(vii) Eligible and willing employees can request for Sabbatical Leave for any purpose like medical grounds, care of family members or children, higher studies, visit spouse etc.
(viii) The employees shall not take up any employment/vocation/business/profession elsewhere during the Sabbatical Leave.

Women in Government Service

In order to encourage the women to join Government service, they are provided some special facilities as maternity leave, child care leave, child adoption leave, special allowance to women with disability, provision of crèche facility, posting of husband and wife at the same station, special priority in allotment of residential accommodation, provision for protection of women from acts of sexual harassment, age relaxation for appointment to widows, divorced woman and woman judicially separated from their husbands and who are not remarried, special dispensation for woman officers of All India Services of North East cadre, change of Cadre in case of marriage of All India Service Officer and exemption from payment of fee for examinations conducted by the Union Public Service Commission and Staff Selection Commission.

As per the recommendations of the 62nd Department Related Parliamentary Standing Committee, publicity to encourage women to prefer/join Government Service is being given. There is a provision for age relaxation for appointment in Government service for Widows, divorced Women and Women judicially separated from husbands and not re-married upto 35 years for posts of Group C filled through Staff Selection Commission/Employment Exchange (upto 40 years for members of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes).

Minister of State in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Dr. Jitendra Singh gave this information in Rajya Sabha today in a written reply to a question by Shri T.K. Rangarajan and Shrimati Gundu Sudharani.

I agree with komal jee ek aurat di jindgi bahut hard hundi hah ghar nu sambhalna job karna eh manage karna aukha hunda hah is liye jehdiya essential ficilities ne oh women nu provide karna sarlkar da farj hah

बैंकों की महिला कर्मियों को मनचाही पोस्टिंग

नई दिल्ली। सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों की महिला कर्मचारियों को सरकार जल्द ही मनचाही जगह पर नियुक्ति का तोहफा देगी। इसके तहत महिला कर्मचारियों को ऐसी जगहों पर नियुक्ति दी जाएगी, जहां उनके पति काम कर रहे हैं या उनके अभिभावक रह रहे हैं।
वित्त मंत्रालय ने बैंकों से महिलाओं के अनुकूल स्थानांतरण नीति तैयार करने को कहा है। सूत्रों के मुताबिक वित्तीय सेवा विभाग ने सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों से ऐसी ट्रांसफर और पोस्टिंग नीति तैयार करने को कहा है, जिससे महिला कर्मचारियों की मुश्किलें कम की जा सकें। सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंकों को विभाग की ओर से भेजे गए पत्र में कहा गया है कि शादीशुदा महिला कर्मचारी के निवेदन पर उनका स्थान स्थानांतरण या नियुक्ति जहां तक संभव हो ऐसी जगह पर करने का फैसला किया गया है, जहां उनके पति रह रहे हों। अविवाहित महिला कर्मचारियों को ऐसी जगह नियुक्त किया जाए, जहां उनके माता पिता रह रहे हों।
•सरकारी बैंकों को निर्देश जारी करते हुए विभाग ने कहा है कि उनकी जानकारी में यह बात आई है कि विवाहित या अविवाहित महिला कर्मचारियों को जब उनके पति या माता पिता से दूर नियुक्त या स्थानांतरित किया जाता है, तो उनको मुश्किलों को सामना करना पड़ता है। उनमें असुरक्षा की भावना पैदा हो जाती है। मौजूदा समय में भारतीय महिला बैंक सहित 27 सरकारी बैंक हैं। इन बैंकों के 8 लाख कर्मचारियों में 2.5 लाख महिला कर्मचारी हैं। बैंकों को इस बारे में नीति बना कर अपने बोर्ड से मंजूरी लेने को कहा गया है। बैंकों को स्थानांतरण के लिए लंबित निवेदन को नए दिशानिर्देश के तहत विचार करने को कहा गया है। एजेंसी
